Insomnia

Can’t sleep. Still too torn up after what happened yesterday; of which I may or may not retell here. Probably not. None of your business, really.

To keep my mind on something other than that, I’m pondering about the free design thingie instead. I’ll release all stuff there under the Attribution-NonCommersial license; meaning that if you [...]

Slashdot porno

“The latest effort, Matrix Reloaded had the best special effects I have ever seen…and the worst plot, the worst pacing and the worst acting of any major film in recent history. Neo has been carved from dung. Morpheus from pedantic and tiresome wood. Trinity from compressed slashdot porno fantasy.”

Stumbled upon

Rodin. Some sort of CMS thingie: “Blogger isn’t powerful enough, and Movable Type is too complicated. We think you’ll like Rodin.”

Project time again

Singalong

cEvin kEy / Frozen Sky
Dulce Liquido / Antichristianos
Melotron / Brüder
Cenobita / Estrallas
Assemblage 23 / Sun
Negative Format / Transfer
Interlace / Under the sky

Metamorfosis by Cenobita made my “buy on sight” list. Shock Therapy by Dulce Liquido also sounds quite good, but I’ll have to listen to [...]

Safari untabbed?

Am I doing something completely wrong here, or did the tabs fall down go boom in the new Safari beta?

Option-click doesn’t open links in a new tab anymore. It opens them in a new window.

Update: Oh, never mind. After opening the preferences once more, glaring wickedly at the tab options (without changing anything), it worked [...]

Cat people

“He never comes when called, only gives affection when you wave food at him, doesn’t play with toys, won’t stay for a scratch or a cuddle and is generally a shit, but I’ve never been so happy to see him ever.”
