I was thinking a bit about how to integrate a template system with MT so I could have non-blog stuff with the same visual presentation. Then I thought “to heck with it” and decided to just write it as a normal blog entry. This will be the about/colophon page.
The format of this text is very much inspired by Jeremy Hadley of Antipixel.

Web standards
I take great care in writing valid, correct HTML. In fact, I have a really hard time producing invalid HTML, even if I try. I do my best to ensure that every single page on my site is valid XHTML 1.0 Strict. You won’t find any “Best viewed in Browser X” on this site, I can guarantee you that.
The design is separated from the content using CSS, which all modern browsers support. If your browser doesn’t, you will still get the content, though it won’t look as intended. Even text-based browsers like Lynx and Links will display the content just fine and dandy.
In the footer at the bottom of each page you will find two links that take you to the W3C validator service for XHTML and CSS respectively.

Copyright
All original text on the blog part of this site (meaning “stuff written by me”) is licensed under a Creative Commons license. However, the layout of the site is not. If you steal HTML, the terrorists will win! However, if you ask nicely, I may be able to lend a hand with your design questions, or at the very least provide you with a bunch of interesting links.
My coding ventures are not part of the Creative Commons license unless otherwise noted under each project; see the projects for more on this.
Comments
All comments belong to their respective authors, and I take no responsibility for what you write here. If I find a comment offensive or irresponsible, I reserve the right to delete it without prior warning.
I usually won’t edit comments once they’re written; the exception to this being that I may occasionally delete duplicates, clean up HTML and other minor fixes.

You are not required to fill in e-mail or URL to post a comment, but it is highly recommended if you expect some sort of answer from me.
This site gives the possibility to use a cookie to store your personal information when you write a comment, so you don’t have to enter it again the next time. This is completely optional in case you suffer from paranoia today.
Your IP address is stored together with your comment, for abuse prevention purposes so I can ban abusive commenters. This information is only available to me and will never be displayed on the site.
