Notes to self for whenever I get myself a Mac with OS X.

Icon Factory has cool icons and nifty OS X software. More cool icons, including some for Windows XP, from Dotico. Zeldman has an OS X Switcher guide with lots of meat to chew on. And a nice quote that I always laugh at: “[…] whole O’Reilly books have been written about font management in OS X, and the authors of those books always commit suicide after writing them.”

Stop Design probably has little to do with Mac, but it has a nice design and I’m a media whore so I mention them anyway. Besides, this is my party and I’ll dance naked on the table if I want to. Dragthing looks pretty indispensable.

Enough of that. Right now I’m thinking real hard about redesigning the sidebar. It feels too cluttered. Zeldman gave me some ideas and inspiration, but that will have to wait for the morrow. I’ll also have to think about how to make it work properly with multiple style sheets.
