		<description>I&#039;ve run into similar problems in the past. For some reason, the validator doesn&#039;t like where you&#039;re sticking your FORM tags. Try moving them outside of the DIVs surrounding it, and see if that helps.</description>

		<description>as you already have noticed &lt;p&gt; dosen&#039;t allow forms inside of it. nore list and stuff like that. this is a very problem for me since I try using lists when in a text is doing just that, listing stuff. but no-no. The good thing is that in xhtml2 &lt;p&gt; are allowed to contain both lists and perhaps even forms :)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
